COMACC qualifies new F-16 demo team pilot

Capt. John "Rain" Waters flies his F-16 Fighting Falcon in a demonstration for Gen. Hawk Carlisle, commander of Air Combat Command, in hopes of qualifying as a pilot for the 2017-18 F-16 demonstration team Feb. 1, 2017 at Langley Air Force Base, Va. Waters endured forces up to nine times the force of gravity in the demonstration, during which he performed aerial manuevers commonly seen at air shows around the world.
