Langley 1 of 4 AFBs to test bio-based grease

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Evin Diaz, 733rd Logistics Readiness Squadron vehicle maintainer, replaces a vehicle’s wheel bearing after it is coated with a bio-based grease at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Jan. 31, 2017. A 12-month long experiment, will be performed on vehicles across the installation, to observe the impact that the bio-based grease has on vehicle life and maintenance longevity.
