Pave Hawks get hosed

Senior Airman Bradley Simmons, 41st Helicopter Maintenance Unit crew chief, washes the rudder of an HH-60G Pave Hawk, Feb. 20, 2018, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Airmen are required to wash the helicopters every 180 days to control corrosion caused by oil, dirt and grime. Washing paired with mechanical and electrical maintenance help Airmen ensure the Pave Hawks are ready at a moment’s notice. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Janiqua P. Robinson)
