The Support Systems Branch provides the functional knowledge and expertise that drives the Communications - Electronics Division. The duty titles are only a glimpse of what is provided. There is well over a century of combined experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems. They provide technical advice to program managers, contracting officers, customers, and contractors across the C4I spectrum. They also provide operations/maintenance guidance and technical monitoring of our C4I projects to the Electronic Systems Center and Air Combat Command and are the functional experts on Tethered Aerostats.
The Support Systems Branch provides the following services:
- Information Technology/Computer Networking/Knowledge Management
- Meteorological and Navigation equipment support and project management
- Long-Haul Communications System Management
- Ground Radio Systems Management
- Frequency Management
- Aerostat Support and Systems Management
