Ryan Onley, 38th Rescue Squadron pararescueman, June 8, 2012, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Bivens graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1987 with a degree in Arts and Business and has been commissioned to create artwork by various Atlanta pro sports organizations and athletes.
