Emeril Live comes to Ellsworth

Alan Madison, Emeril Live producer, and Gary Tole, sound technician, prepare to tape Tech. Sgt. Wesley Williams preparing his award-winning rainbow fruit stuffed pork tenderloin. Alan Madison, Emeril Live producer, briefs a crowd of Ellsworth's Airmen in front of a B-1 to film an opening shot for the Emeril Live show. On Mr. Madison's cue, Tech. Sgt. Wesley Williams, dining facility manager here and winner of the Emeril Live military chef contest, challenged Emeril to successfully copy his recipe.
