BDG showcases capabilities to 9th AF
The 820th Base Defense Group showcased their abilities to leadership from the 9th Air Force.
Airmen used vehicles, weapons, simulated detecting improvised explosive devices and secured hostile areas.
This was Maj. Gen. Scott Zobrist's, 9th Air Force commander, first official visit to the 93rd Air Ground Operations Wing since taking command in May 2016. He was accompanied by Chief Master Sgt. Frank H. Batten III, 9th Air Force command chief.
