SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- A group of 11 Airmen from the 4th Medical group visited veterans at the Community Living Center in Fayetteville, N.C., Jan. 5.

The Airmen met with approximately 50 veterans and their families, and passed out cards thanking them for their dedication and military service. Airman 1st Class Michele Marotte also sang "If you're happy and you know it," in Japanese and English to one of the veterans, who welled up with tears.

When the Airmen left the center the veterans thanked them for visiting.
