Event Scheduling (For Flyovers and Static Displays)
The scheduling process begins by the event sponsor obtaining event approval from the Secretary of the Air Force for Public Affairs (SAF/PA) website. This is accomplished by on-line submission of a DD Form 2535 to SAF/PA (obtained on the SAF/PA website).
The event seeking approval must have aerial significance and be at no cost to the government.
Once approved by SAF/PA the event is eligible for support; however, this does not guarantee support. A flying unit must be approved by ACC to support your event. On the SAFPA website you find aircraft and POC listing: uper left hand corner:  ACFT POC Listing Aircraft Listing
 
ACC Demo Team and Heritage flight scheduling
The scheduling process begins by the event sponsor obtaining event approval from the Secretary of the Air Force for Public Affairs (SAF/PA) website. This is accomplished by submission of a DD Form 2535 to SAF/PA (obtained on the SAF/PA website).
The normal aerial event season runs from mid-February through mid-November. Training and certification schedules hinder support from December through February.
The ACC Aerial Events office schedules the ACC F-22, F-35, F-16 and A-10 Demonstration Teams and coordinates the Heritage Flights with the Air Force Heritage Flight Foundation. 
The Air Force Heritage Flight Foundation schedules all civilian warbirds (A-1, A-36, P-38, P-40, P-47, P-51, and F-86) for Heritage Flights.  
 Requests for the ACC F-22, F-35, F-16 and A-10 Demonstration Teams and Heritage Flights must be received by ACC Aerial Events no later than (NLT) the following dates: Send request to: ACC schedulers 
 
o NLT 1 July of the previous year:
 Requests for the ACC F-22, F-35, F-16 and A-10 Demonstration Teams for any events the next year
 Requests for all Heritage Flights for events  
 
ACC Aerial Events will notify you (the requester) if your event will be supported.
