Honorary Tuskegee Event

T.J. Spann, Tidewater Chapter-Tuskegee Airmen Incorporated president, and Grant Williams Sr, Tidewater Chapter-Tuskegee Airmen Incorporated speakers bureau chairman, help U.S. Air Force Gen.
