SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, IL. - Medical Technicians and Aerospace Evacuation Teams \ get comfortable on a Dyess Air Force Base C-130 for their three hour trip to south Texas to aide Hurricane Ike evacuees, Sept. 10. The airmen, along with three United States Navy personnel, also brought medical supplies and MRE's along with them. The Air Force and other military forces not only respond in support of war efforts abroad but also to threats on the home front including natural disasters.
