LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. (ACCNS) -- Air Combat Command officials announced the following senior officer retirements and assignments:
Col. Brian T. Bishop, chief, Flight Operations Division, HQ ACC, Langley AFB, will become commander, 8th Fighter Wing, Kunsan Air Base, South Korea.
Col. Michael A. Keltz, commander of the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing, Southwest Asia, will become chief, Special Operations Division, Special Operations Command, MacDill AFB, Fla.
Col. Timothy L. Hale, 16th Special Operations Wing vice commander at Hurlburt Field, Fla., will become commander of the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing in Southwest Asia.
Col. Joseph D. Brown IV, commander, 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth AFB S.D., will become chief, Nuclear Plans and Operations Section, for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in Belgium.
Col. Jeffry F. Smith, commander, 608th Air Operations Group, Barksdale AFB La., will become commander, 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth AFB, S.D.
Col. Kenneth R. Dorner, 377th Air Base Wing inspector general, Kirtland AFB, N.M., will become commander, 608th Air Operations Group, Barksdale AFB, La.
Col. Larry K. Grundhauser, commander, 480th Intelligence Wing, Langley AFB, will become deputy chief of staff, HQ North American Aerospace Defense Command and HQ United States Northern Command, Peterson AFB, Colo.
Col. Yulin G. Bingle, commander, 548th Intelligence Group, Beale AFB, Calif., will become commander, 480th Intelligence Wing, Langley AFB.
Lt. Col. Teresa L. Fitzpatrick, a student at the National Defense University, Ft McNair, D.C., will become commander, 548th Intelligence Group, Beale AFB, Calif.
Col. Darryl W. Burke, 9th Reconnaissance Wing vice commander, Beale AFB, Calif., will become commander, 380th Air Expeditionary Wing in Southwest Asia.
Col. Domenick M. Eanniello, deputy chief of the Reconnaissance Operations Division at the Pentagon will become vice commander, 9th Reconnaissance Wing, Beale AFB, Calif.
Col. John D. Daly, vice commander of the 55th Wing, Offutt AFB, Neb., will retire in October.
Col. Curtiss R. Petrek, commander of 509th Operations Group, Whiteman AFB, Mo, will become vice commander, 55th Wing, Offutt AFB, Neb.
Col. Robert E. Wheeler, division chief and senior military aide in Vienna, Austria, will become commander, 509th Operations Group, Whiteman AFB, Mo.
