The lead up to launch of Diamond Care took 15 months of preparation and 14 First Sergeants from around the globe. The interviews were part of a beta assessment and selection process designed in cooperation with the office of Talent Management Strategy and Program Design using the best practices outlined by the Office of Personnel and Management and the Society of Human Resource Management.
