MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- Members of the Air Force honor guard carry the remains of Capt. Stephen A. Rusch during his funeral service at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., Nov. 30. Captain Rusch served as an F-4E Phantom II weapons system officer during the Vietnam War. He was assigned to the 366th Tactical Fighter Wing’s 4th Tactical Fighter Squadron at Da Nang, Republic of Vietnam, when his plane went down during a combat mission.
