79th Fighter Squadron commander returns home
Lt. Col. Craig Andrle, commander of the 79th Fighter Squadron (FS) “Tigers,” bares his “claws” after landing a F-16 Fighting Falcon on the Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., flightline May 4, 2017. While deployed to Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan, Andrle’s leadership enabled the 79th FS to execute 1900 flights, 9,000 hours, 29 troops-in-contact, 104 priority targets and 610 weapons employments without a single civilian casualty.
