  • The 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron successfully led the second iteration of Virtual Black Flag (VBF) at the Virtual Warfare Center in St. Louis during March 2025.  Building upon the success of the inaugural event in July 2024, this iteration saw continued collaboration between Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and Space Force partners, further solidifying VBF's position as a crucial element in joint force development.

  • The 363d ISR Wing is a global enterprise. Subordinate to Air Combat Command and Sixteenth Air Force, the 363d ISR Wing is composed of three groups and their subordinate squadrons.  Each of the groups has a distinct ISR mission. The 363d ISR Wing’s mission is to deliver intelligence to drive warfighting outcomes in competition, crisis, and conflict. The wing provides intelligence support to targeting, special operations ISR, and full-spectrum ISR analytical support to the tactical warfighter.  The wing is comprised of over 1,700 Regular Air Force Airmen and civilians augmented by another 1,700 Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Airmen.  When taken as a whole, the wing’s Total Force presence is spread across 30 squadrons, 13 states, England, and Japan.

  • TriWest Healthcare Alliance will replace the current West Region contractor, Health Net Federal Services, LLC, in 2025. While there will still be two TRICARE regions, six states currently in the East Region (Arkansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin) will move to the West Region. There are also some zip codes in four of these states that will be exceptions to the region changes.
