ACC announces 2010 STEM award winners Published July 13, 2010 By Air Combat Command Public Affairs LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. (ACCNS) -- Officials here recently announced the 2010 ACC Science, Technology and Engineering award recipients. The winners selected must be Air Force professionals with any Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Bachelor of Science degree. Winners must be assigned to an Air Force Specialty Code relating to science or engineering with the exception of the educator category. In addition to the above criteria, all nominees must have contributed to the Air Force continuing its advancement in capabilities critical to executing its mission in air, space and cyberspace. A board comprised of the voting members of the Scientist and Engineering Advisory Council rated the nominees against their respective Air Force Instructions. 2010 ACC Exploratory or Advanced Technology Demonstration Award Capt.
