Robert Oliver, 2d Low Altitude Air Defense, Alpha Battery, 1st Platoon, Naval Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., simulate firing a Stinger shoulder-fired guided missile during the battle rhythm training exercise at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., Aug. 5. The exercise allowed the Marines the opportunity to target fighter aircraft while a team of joint terminal air controllers supported the exercise by calling in air strikes at the Dare County Bomb Range, N.C.
