IGNITE ACC to revolutionize how Airmen conduct business

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va., (ACCNS) --  Air Combat Command is preparing to rollout a revoutionary new program called, IGNITE ACC.  IGNITE ACC is a campaign focused on empowering Airmen with the capabilities to advance ACC culture into a knowledge-enabled organization. 

It will move the command from traditional hierarchical structure to a more flexible, less constrained organization with constructs that utilize all talents and capabilities of ACC Airmen.  Read more about this exciting program in Gen. John D. W. Corley's memo

This campaign is being launched across the command to ignite a new collaborative culture that will flatten organizations, increase efficiencies, infuse thinking and accelerate the speed and quality of decisions ACC makes to achieve its goals and objectives supporting the Combat Air Force key tasks.
