ACC gets new command chief Published Oct. 18, 2007 By Air Combat Command Public Affairs LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. (ACCNS) -- Chief Master Sgt. Steve Sullens was announced as the new command chief for Air Combat Command Oct. 18. Chief Sullens joins ACC from Randolph AFB, Texas, where he was the Chief of the Chiefs' Group, Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower and Personnel for Headquarters Air Force. The chief is expected to arrive to ACC near the end of November. He replaces Chief Master Sgt. David Popp, who recently moved to Scott AFB, Ill. Chief Master Sgt. Stephen K. Hutton, command chief for the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center at Nellis AFB, Nev., is the interim command chief.
