Maj. Michael Ferrario, 85th Test and Evaluation Squadron, straps into his F-16 before departing for an Emerald Warrior sortie Monday. The 85th TES provided close-air support and air-to-air roles for exercise participants from Hurlburt Field and Eglin, and approximately 400 deployed U.S. and coalition forces supporting Emerald Warrior 07, the Air Force Special Operations Command’s first joint coalition exercise Oct. 23 to Nov. 3.
