Senior leader retirements, assignments

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. (ACCNS) --  The following are senior leaders in ACC who have been selected for assignment:

Maj. Gen. Timothy C. Jones, ACC director, plans and programs, Langley AFB, Va., will become Air Force special assistant to the deputy chief of staff, strategic plans and programs, Washington D.C.

Brig. Gen. Mark T. Matthews Air Force Institute Of Technology, Air Education and Training Command commandant, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, will become ACC director of plans and programs, Langley AFB, Va.

Col. Theresa M. Casey, ACC deputy command surgeon, Langley AFB, Va., will become Air Force Medical Modernization and Medical Chief Information Officer Director, for the Office of the Surgeon General, Falls Church, Va.

Chief Master Sgt. Michael C. Gilbert 33rd Fighter Wing command chief, Eglin AFB, Fla., will become Air Force Special Operations Command command chief, Hurlburt Field, Fla.

Chief Master Sgt. Michael T. Sullivan 8th Air Force command chief, Barksdale AFB, La., will become Air Force Space Command command chief, Peterson AFB, Colo.
