LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va., (ACCNS) --  The following announcement is a list of the latest senior officer retirements: 

- Col. William C. Coutts, 53rd Wing commander, Eglin AFB, Fla. 

- Col. Edward T. Dixon, Air Combat Command director of personnel, Langley AFB, Va. 

- Col. Michael A. Morabito, 28th Maintenance Group commander, Ellsworth AFB, S.D.

The following announcement is the list of the latest senior leader assignments: 

- Col. James M. Holmes, 4th Fighter Wing commander, Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C., will become U.S. Air Force checkmate division chief, Pentagon, Washington D.C. 

- Col. Steven L. Kwast, U. S. Air Force colonels' management office chief, Pentagon, Washington D.C., will become 4th Fighter Wing commander, Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C. 

- Col. John E. Campbell, Air Combat Command manpower and organization chief, Langley AFB, Va., will become ACC director of personnel, Langley AFB, Va. 

- Col. Roderick E. Gillis, 2nd Operations Group commander, Barksdale AFB, La., will become 71st Flying Training Wing vice commander, Vance AFB, Okla. 

- Col. Todd C. Westhauser, joint airpower forces analyst, Pentagon, Washington D.C., will become, 2nd Operations Group commander, Barksdale AFB, La. 

- Col. Kenneth S. Wilsbach, 33rd Operations Group commander, Eglin AFB, Fla., will become 53rd Wing commander, Eglin AFB, Fla. 

- Col. Scott G. Maw, Naval War College student, Newport, R.I., will become 33rd Operations Group commander, Eglin AFB, Fla. 

- Col. William E. Schaal Jr., 366th Operations Group commander, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, will become U.S. Air Force Concept of Operations Integration Division chief, Pentagon, Washington D.C. 

- Col. John K. Mcmullen, Naval War College student, Fort Mcnair, D.C., will become, 366th Operations Group commander, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho.
