Senior leader assignment announcements released

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. (ACCNS) --  Air Combat Command officials announced the following senior officer assignments:

Col. Scott A. Bethel, commander, 497th Intelligence Group, Langley AFB, Va., will become, commander, 17th Training Wing, Goodfellow AFB, Texas.

Col. John R. Carter Jr., commandant, USAF Weapons School, Nellis AFB, Nev., will become, vice commander, 51st Fighter Wing, OSAN AB, Korea.

Col. Charles Q. Brown Jr., deputy division chief, Program Integration, Headquarters USAF, Pentagon, Va., will become, commandant, USAF Weapons School, Nellis AFB, Nev.
