Airman and Guardian Olympians will have a new home, as the Department of the Air Force will be relocating the World Class Athlete and Air Force Shooting programs to Colorado Springs, Colo. The majority of Olympians train in Colorado Springs and the proximity to the Air Force Academy will better support the athletes. The 10th Air Base Wing is the host wing for the Air Force Academy and provides quality support to enhance the education and development of more than 4,000 future Air Force leaders.
