From sniffing bombs to playing fetch

Military working dog (MWD) Condor rests during his retirement ceremony April 19, 2013, at the Hangar Center at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. Condor enlisted June 8, 2006, graduated from the MWD Explosive Detection course Dec. 22, 2006 and was assigned to the 7th Security Forces Squadron at Dyess May 1, 2007. During his career, he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and supported the U.S. Secret Service. Upon his retirement, Condor will be adopted by 2nd Lt.
