CAF Day at Dyess

Airmen participate in a squadron run Sept. 28, 2012, as part of Comprehensive Airmen Fitness Day at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The day’s purpose is to strengthen understanding and application of CAF through interactive training and team-building activities. The resiliency training teaches Airmen to respond to stresses in life. There are 12 building blocks to developing resiliency. Each squadron had a resiliency training assistant who focused on teaching three of the 12 resiliency building blocks: assertive communication, hunt the good stuff and avoid thinking traps.
