U.S. Air Force Maj. Justin Martin, 20th Medical Group physical therapy flight commander and a native of Fairfield, Idaho, shows U.S. Army Lt. Col. Tess Wardell, Third Army/ARCENT information operation branch chief and a native of Elizabethtown, Ky., the muscle group that she injured, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., July 23, 2012. Wardell arrived at the clinic for an initial examination when she began having pain in her thigh, which disrupts her physical training.
