Members of the 820th Base Defense Group take a moment to rest during the annual LeeBernard Chavis Memorial Workout Oct. 14, 2011, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The workout consists of 150 burpees, a one-mile run and 150 squat thrusts. The 820th BDG began the annual workout in 2008 in commemoration of Airman 1st Class LeeBernard Chavis, a fallen member of the 824th Base Defense Squadron who was killed in action while deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, in 2006.
