DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Airman 1st Class Keenan Watson, 7th Comptroller Squadron, hands in his urine sample to Theodis Talbert, 7th Medical Operations Squadron, at the Dyess Air Force Base medical clinic Jan. 18. Col. David Béen, 7th Bomb Wing commander, directed a morale, health and welfare inspection in an effort to enforce zero tolerance for misconduct or misbehavior. During this inspection, dorm residents were taken for drug testing while their rooms were inspected by first sergeants and military working dogs for drugs, weapons and other unauthorized items.
