The markings are from the 363rd Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, later the Tactical Fighter Wing, which flew the RF-4C at Shaw Air Force Base during 1965-1989. It is dedicated to troops who flew, maintained and supported the RF-4C at Shaw. This aircraft is on loan from the National Museum of the United States Air Force.
