DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander of Air Combat Command, speaks to Lt. Col. Marty Reynolds (center), 42nd Electronic Combat Squadron commander, and Lt. Col. Bob Stonemark (right), 43rd Electronic Combat Squadron commander, on the flightline during his tour of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Feb. 23. The commanders briefed General Fraser on the capabilities of their squadrons as well as challenges they are currently facing.
