DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid, ruler of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed, ruler of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, cut the ribbon to officially open the Dubai Air Show Nov. 15.
