DUI Commenteary

Every day, 36 people in the United States die, and approximately 700 more are injured, in motor vehicle crashes that involve an alcohol-impaired driver, according to ISU Public Safety. To ensure Airmen can have a safe back up to drinking and driving, Ellsworth Airmen developed the SAFE-ride program. SAFE-ride is a volunteer program that will pick up impaired Airmen and take them home safely with no questions asked. To use the SAFE-ride program or volunteer to help with it, contact (605) 385-7433 (RIDE).
