Richard Basak (right), Iraqi Training and Advisory Mission - Air Force chief of air operations military training team, briefs Secretary of the Air Force Michael Donley while Iraqi air staff officers look on Aug. 27. Mr. Donley received a tour of the Iraqi air base, which included aircraft displays and storyboard briefings.
