Deployed aircrews return home

MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- One of a dozen F-15E Strike Eagles parks on the base flightline here May 23 after a historic, four-month deployment. The fighter squadron became the first F-15E unit to deploy to Afghanistan and flew more than 1,000 combat missions out of Bagram Air Base to support operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
