EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. (ACCNS) -- Col. Keith Feaga, 33rd Fighter Wing vice commander, celebrates the end of his career May 17 in one of the first F-15Cs he flew as a second lieutenant stationed at Bitburg Air Base, Germany, in 1985. Aircraft tail number 9049 had already been in service for six years before then-2nd Lt. Keith Feaga flew the jet. The F-15C has been in service for nearly 30 years and will continue to be a part of the Air Force's inventory of legacy aircraft for the next 20 years.
