MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho – Gunfighters carry the casket of Capt. Mark Zampogna, who died on July 11 when he was removed from medical life support equipment, into the base chapel July 16. The captain, from the 366th Operations Support Squadron, had been at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise, Idaho, in critical condition since July 6 after he was severely injured in a vehicle accident near McCall, Idaho.
