Educational opportunities are a benefit that hasn't gone away in these times of shrinking budgets and personnel cuts. Any local base education office can assist Airmen in tailoring a degree program that meets their specific needs and goals. The Air Force is placing a bigger emphasis on advanced education in regards to promotion opportunities for Airmen as well.
