428th Fighter Squadron activation

MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- Col. James McGovern, 366th Operations Group commander, and Lt. Col. Keith Gibson, 428th Fighter Squadron commander, stand at attention as the base honor guard retires the colors during the 428th FS reactivation and assumption-of-command ceremony May 18. The U.S. Air Force reactivated the 428th FS here as part of the Peace Carvin V program -- an international partnership between the United States and Republic of Singapore.
