NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Tech. Sgt. Nathaniel Flugel, Red Flag Air Expeditionary Wing Quality Assurance from Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, conducts a quality assessment of an F-111 while Royal Australian air force Cpl. Mark Heal looks on. QA serves as the primary technical advisory agency in the maintenance organization. Red Flag is a realistic combat training exercise involving the air forces of the United States and its allies.
