Gunfighter Chaplains at Red Flag

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Chaplain (Capt.) Steven Barfield, Red Flag Air Expeditionary Wing chaplain from Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, speaks with members of the Army's 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade for those participating in the three-week air combat exercise, Red Flag 09-3 March 2. The chapel team provides counseling, advice and ensures everyone's spiritual needs are met. Red Flag is a realistic combat training exercise involving the air forces of the United States and its allies.
