Master Sgt. Dewane Brown, Afghan National Army Medical Embedded Training Team member and combat advisor, takes a break with his local host nation counterparts. Sergeant Brown is deployed from Ellsworth and embedded with the Army at a forward operating base close to the Pakistani border. His duties include daily interaction with the ANA forces as they continue to free Afghanistan from the Taliban’s influence.
