Manuel Perez-Hernandez observes a Honduran National Police Academy cadet?s apprehension efforts during a high-risk traffic stop exercise here May 16 as part of a subject matter exchange between Joint Task Force-Bravo?s Joint Security Forces personnel and more than two dozen cadets. Beside providing handcuffing and searching and high-risk traffic stop execution advice, JSF personnel also offered knowledge pertaining to other law enforcement procedures like vehicle and building searches, self aid and buddy care and field sobriety tests.
