Manuel Perez-Hernandez guides a Honduran National Police Academy cadet through a high-risk traffic stop exercise here May 16 during a subject matter exchange between Joint Task Force-Bravo?s Joint Security Forces personnel and more than two dozen cadets. According to Honduran police academy officials, upon July?s graduation date the cadets will be paired with experienced police officers for on-the-job training, often on beats in some of the rougher neighborhoods in Honduras? large cities.
