MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Navy Adm. Michael G. Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, addresses more than 1000 Airmen during an all-call at Dock 1 here Feb. 18. During the event, Admiral Mullen talked with Airmen about the importance of family support, concerns over the economic crisis and Minot AFB’s role in nuclear deterrence as the Air Force’s only dual-wing, nuclear-capable base.
