IKE

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas- Medical personnel take vital signs from a patient in the staging facility here, during the evacuation of south Texas in preparation of Hurricane Ike, Sept. 11. There were 200 federal, state and civilian assets early Wednesday morning to coordinate, manage and transport medical patients from Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas to a safer location for definitive care in preparation of Hurricane Ike.
