Senior Airman Keith Morris, 603rd Air and Space Communication Squadron ground radio maintenance technician, tests equipment in a ground mobile gateway used by the E-3 Sentry airborne warning and control system aircraft. Currently, C2 faces challenges with reduced manning, outdated equipment, and constrained budget resources to draw from for recapitalization and modernization purposes.
