Gen Blesse

Betty Blesse, wife of late Maj. Gen. Frederick “Boots” Blesse, and Col. Mark Slocum, 4th Fighter Wing commander, listen to a guest speaker during a memorial dedication ceremony to honor her late husband, June 27, 2014, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.
