U.S. Air Force senior airmen and staff sergeants attending Airman Leadership School can suffer dire career consequences if found cheating, including removal from class, loss of grade and even separation from the Air Force. Airmen are reminded to prepare themselves before attending ALS by having personal and work-related issues in order, allowing them to better focus on the rigorous curriculum and be less likely to resort to cheating and plagiarism in order to pass.
